No, you don't have to be a member to access our conference rooms. Whether you're a member or a non-member, you can book our well-equipped conference rooms, podcast room, and Flexible Offices. Our conference rooms come equipped with all the essentials, including audio-visual equipment and whiteboards. Additionally, you can enjoy complimentary high-speed internet to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

We offer a range of meeting rooms to accommodate different group sizes. Our rooms can comfortably host between 2 to 12 attendees, depending on the room, setup, and specific requirements. For meetings with groups larger than 12, please call us or submit an inquiry through our website for assistance.

You can request additional equipment, such as a presentation remote clicker or an additional whiteboard, by contacting our onsite staff or indicating your needs during the booking process.

Your guests can use our ample on-site parking, which includes bicycle storage and electric vehicle charging stations.

Meeting rooms can be booked in 30-minute increments. Non-member bookings are limited to business hours 8:30am to 5:00 pm. For bookings outside of business hours please reach out to staff.

• Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance: No cancellation fee will be applied.
• Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours in advance: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
