We have a variety of room sizes with our largest conference rooms for up to 14 people.
All our meeting rooms can be booked by the hour and are equipped with facilities to help your session go smoothly, including a whiteboard or flipchart. Our on-site team will greet your guests and ensure you have everything you need, with your room set up just as you want it. All our rooms have business-grade conference phone technology, including high-speed internet, with screens and projectors available if required.
When you make your booking, you can choose to add tea and coffee for your meeting and any presentation or videoconferencing equipment you need. We can also arrange catering for you—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you need any technical support, we can arrange for our on-site team to help you set up AV equipment and any printing, scanning, or admin services you might need.
You are welcome to use our lounge and outdoor deck area up to 1 hour before your meeting room booking starts. You may be able to access the room earlier than your booking time if there are no other bookings—just speak to our team and they will be happy to help you.
You can cancel your meeting room booking for free if it is done within two hours of making your booking or more than 7 working days before your room booking.
